A delicious alternative to Pumpkin Pie

I like Pumpkin Pie but this year I was longing for something fresh.  Let me introduce you to the Pumpkin Bar.  Among it's many benefits are:

  • Individual portions you can make ahead of time (and that look pretty)
  • A light, moist texture
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

    They sound delicious and just like the pumpkin rolls I make. It’s a pumpkin cake rolled up with cream cheese frosting in the middle. I’ll send you the recipe. So tasty!
