Make it Monday: Crepe Paper Wreath

Hey There!  Yes I know it's Tuesday but what the heck.  As part of the "Pink Party" decorations I made a wreath with crepe paper.

Supplies:  Crepe Paper, Foam Wreath, Straight Pins, Scissors and a Ruler.  Oh my– please forgive my poorly lit photos.  I was working on this really late at night.

Cut 100 four inch pieces of crepe paper.

I used three different colors of pink (34 of each) but one single color would work well.

Fold the crepe paper pieces in half and pin them on the interior of the wreath.

I did the same thing with the second color, pinning them on the top.

And again with the final color, at this point pinning it close to the edge.

That little pennant triangle was something left over from a banner I picked up at Michaels for .50 cents.  I added a long piece of crepe paper and pinned it on front to make the tails.  That's it.  Easy peasy and slightly time consuming.

Linking up at these fun parties.  I hope you'll join me tomorrow with a interview you can really sink your teeth into… we're talking to Julie from Mommie Cooks. This girl is makes whipping up delicious food look easy.  Hope she shares some tips with us.  See you soon!
