Daisy Brownie Bites

Hi Friends! Here's an easy, tasty way to dress up a brownie.

Daisybites1
Ingredients: Brownie Mix, Cool Whip, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Squares and Icing Daisies (available at JoAnn's, Michaels and other stores that sell cake decorating supplies).

Daisybites2
Make the brownie mix according to the package.

Daisybites3
Try hard not to lick the spoon. Fail.

Daisybites4
Pop the brownie mix in the oven.

Daisybites5
Let cool then cut into squares.

  Daisybites6

Cut brownie squares in half.

Daisybites7
Chop up two squares of the Semi-Sweet Chocolate.

Daisybites8
Microwave the chocolate and Cool Whip for a few minutes, stirring halfway through.

Daisybites10
Add a dollop of Cool Whip between the brownie layers. Put a dab of that melted chocolate mixture on top and smush a daisy into it.

Daisybites11
Marvelously messy and delish.

These are so cute, Malia. I heart Cool Whip in a major way. The daisies are so sweet!

Malia, they’re lovely, and sound delicious! I love the way a rich chocolate brownie tastes with light, fluffy cream!
I love it that Wilton is making icing decorations. I remember, not so many years ago, one would have to travel quite a ways to find a specialty cake shop that carried royal icing decorations. It’s fantastic that most craft stores now carry an amazing array of food decorating items. So inspiring!
