Clementine Cake

  Clementine Cake-Yesterday on Tuesday

Ingredients

1 clementine (peeled)

juice of 1 clementine

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 cup of sugar

1 3/4 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Put the peeled clementine in the blender.

Mix with juice, oil, egg and sugar.

Add 

1 3/4 cups of flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
