Brushes, Tools and Liquid Guilding… it was a crafter’s dream come true! Inspired by the bright Martha Stewart Paint colors, I decided to create an Easy Autumn Rose Wreath.

Supplies: Large Twig Weath Form, Pincones, Wooden Acorns, Canvas Material, Martha Stewart Multi Surface High Gloss Acrylic Craft Paint in Purple Yam and Geranium. Martha Stewart Multi Surface Satin Acrylic Craft Paint in Carrot and Granny Smith. Martha Stewart Crafts Holiday Icon Stencils, Martha Stewart Crafts Natural Bristle Brushes, Martha Stewart Crafts Stencil Tape. Not pictured — pruning shears and hot glue.

First use pruning shears to cut the tops off of the pinecones.

It only took one coat of “Granny Smith”…

Then paint the wooden acorns. One coat again!

Place the stencil where you want it.

It’s easy to make really clear images with the stencil.

Gently lift up the stencil.

I love how the leaves turned out.

Use hot glue to add acorns to the rose and to add pinecone roses to the wreath.

    Oh my that was ONE big box of Martha goodness. It must have felt like Christmas when you opened that all up. Love how you used the products! Very creative to see roses in pinecones.
