Raspberry Mocha Popsicles with International Delight
Summer is so much fun! I think it’s the prettiest time of the year here in Seattle. One thing I like to do to celebrate the season is make my own popsicles. I like to jazz mine up with my favorite flavor… COFFEE! Here’s my favorite iced coffee moment/recipe.
Ingredients: 1 cup of International Delight Iced Coffee (Mocha Flavor), 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1 cup of cream, 1 banana, popsicle molds and a blender.
Mix together the cream, raspberries and banana in the blender.
Pour mixture in molds and freeze for about three hours.
After the mixture is frozen, top off the mold with delicious International Delight Iced Coffee and freeze for a few hours.
