Whimsical Stamped Easter Eggs

Easter is a time for  celebration! These DIY Whimsical Stamped Easter Eggs are the perfect addition to your spring decor. They’ll add color and joy to your home.

Whimsical Stamped Easter Eggs: How to create colorful and fun faux eggs for Easter decor.

Dying real eggs is a lot of fun but they only last so long. That’s why I like painting these faux eggs, make them once and they’ll last forever. By the way, the pretty font I used in the graphic above is Earl Grey by Angie Makes… I love her work.

Supplies: Plastic eggs, acrylic paint, Mod Podge, letter stamps, strips of canvas material, Stickles (liquid glitter). All of these supplies are readily available at craft stores. An egg carton is also very useful for drying the eggs.

Eastereggs2
First step– paint the plastic eggs.

Eastereggs3
Give the eggs a little time to dry and repeat (up to 4x).

Paint some Stickles on.

Easteregg4
Only a dab then spread it all over the egg.

Easteregg5
Everything will dry really fast.

Easteregg6
Stamp some words on the canvas.

Easteregg7
Some happy sentiments I used: Tweet, Chirp, Cheep!, Swoon, Glee, Spring, Delight, Bloom, Grow and Fly. Cut out the words and glue them on the eggs with Modge Podge. That’s it!
