Painterly Mason Jar Vase
It’s been a long time since I’ve done any mason jar projects. After a recent trip to Marshall’s where I scored some very pretty (and cheap) paper napkins, inspiration struck. I just had to grab a few supplies and make a painterly mason jar vase or two.
This is the way to get that handpainted look on a mason jar… without using any paint!
Supplies: Any size of mason jars, Mod Podge, sharp scissors, paintbrush and paper napkins.
Put something good on TV and cut out shapes from the napkins. Brush the back with Mod Podge and place on a mason jar. Overlap the images. You can also add another coat of Mod Podge on top.
Fill with flowers or plants.
