Hey Ghoulies! Scare up a few ingredients to create these candy corn cones (say that three times fast)... Ingredients: Package of sugar cones, 1 package of Ghirardelli white chocolate premium baking chips, food coloring, candy eyes (Wilton) and wax paper. Directions 1.
