Striped Neon Placemat

 It's like TOTALLY TUBULAR… a Dollar Store Placemat + some Neon Paint = Day Glow Goodness!

Supplies: Dollar Store placemat, painter's tape, sponge brushes, Martha Stewart Glow-in-the-Dark Craft Paints… and a couple other shades of Martha neon-ish paints.

Tape off the border.

Then add strips of tape inside.

Remove other other strip of tape or "tape it forward" so you don't have any wasted tape.

Add some neon goodness…

This part is really fun!

It may take 3-5 coats to get the desired day glow shade. After it dries, remove tape.
