5 Supplies or Less: Neon Notes
Supplies: Plain notecards and envelopes, paper punches– 1 3/4" and 1" (whatever you have on hand), Avery office labels.
Use the punches to punch out circle shapes from the labels.
Play with the different sized circles to create designs on the notecards and envelopes:
