Valentine Mason Jar Gifts
Valentine Mason Jar Gifts & Blog Hop
Valentine’s Day is less than a month away… so we bloggers have come together to give you 60 DIY Valentine Ideas! Whether you’re looking for kid’s valentines to pass out in class or thoughtful Valentines to give to friends as gifts… we’ve got it all! Because I am such a Mason Jar fanatic… I wanted to share a Valentine Mason Jar Gift idea.
If you have some empty spaghetti jars, you have the makings of a cute Valentine’s Day gift!
This is a good example of the fact you don’t need to spend a lot of money to create a pretty and thoughtful gift.
Supplies: Spray paint in bright colors, Mason Jars (mine were spaghetti sauce jars that I cleaned up), vinyl (you can use scraps), a heart template if you have one (or you can hand draw), ribbon, tags, stickers or a red pen. And.. you’ll want a big bag of conversation hearts.
Step 1: Cut hearts out of vinyl or better yet, vinyl scraps.
Step 2: Apply the vinyl to the jars.
Step 3: Spray paint the jars (may take a few coats).
Step 4: Remove the vinyl.
Step 5: Add ribbon and candy.
Step 6: Make tags that resemble the messages on conversation hearts.
That’s just one idea.. here are tons more!
