Colorful Cupcake Stands
Colorful Cupcake Stands
If you have some “previously loved” children’s dishes, you have the key to creating Colorful Cupcake Stands, great for Spring, Easter and kid’s birthday or tea parties!
With Easter and Spring just around the corner, I felt inspired to create these little stands. My daughter all sorts of cute little dishes that she isn’t playing with anymore. It makes me sad to see them lonely, so I decided to repurpose them.
Supplies:
DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paint in Sour Apple, Indian Turquoise, Cadmium Yellow and Royal Fuchsia
Small plates from a child’s tea set or dish set (these are from IKEA)
Wooden Egg Cups
E-6000 Glue
Directions
1.Paint the wooden egg cups
2. Wipe the dishes and egg holders clean. Glue them together. Let them set.
3. That’s it!
These happy little stands look adorable with little chicks and bunnies.
Aren’t they cute? They’d also be fun with little cupcakes or treats.
What a fun touch for an Easter soiree or any kind of kid’s party.
Love how easy these are! And I love the mix of colors you chose. Thanks for linking up with Merry Monday this week.
