 Kids love contributing to Thanksgiving decor… especially when there is candy involved! Your youngsters can make these Corny Containers in a snap. They’re whimsical, fun and easy to put together.

Corny Containers Thanksgiving Craft Supplies

Supplies: 3 different sized Mason Jars (with diamond pattern), sheets of green crepe paper, 3 sets of googy eyes, 1 1/2 bags of yellow Sixlet candy, green raffia, scissors, double sided tape and Aleene’s Tacky Glue. All craft supplies from Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Step 1. Add candy to the Mason Jars

Corny Containers Step 2. Using a large piece of crepe paper, wrap the jar as shown above (clockwise) using double sided tape to secure.

 Step 3: Glue on googly eyes.

Enjoy the corny containers until Thanksgiving, then unwrap them and share the candy!
