Pretty Spring Flower Cupcakes
Happy Spring! I am SO excited that it’s finally here. Are you ready to join me in shaking off the winter doldrums… and welcome the new season? Let’s celebrate with a treat!
These are really easy to make and would be a great activity for kids (with adult help of course).
Supplies: Cupcakes, frosting, marshmallows (large and mini), colored sugar, MNM’s and mini MNM’s. Kitchen scissors are very handy, but you could also use a sharp knife. If a grown-up did the cutting… the kiddos could do the decorating.
Cut the marshmallows in half diagonally and dip in colored sugar.
Arrange marshmallow petals.
Place MNM’s or mini MNM’s in the center.
