I have accepted that with a husband who loves cycling, two kids who play sports and a big fluffy dog… there will always be plenty of VERY dirty laundry in my laundry basket.

DIY Laundry Soap

Supplies: 1/2 cup Borax (look for it in the laundry detergent section of the grocery store), 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of glycerin (clear) soap flakes. You’ll also need a cheese grater and a pint sized Mason Jar for storage.  Note: Do not use your favorite family cheese grater for this project! You can pick one up at the Dollar Store and dedicate for non-food uses.

Simply save the Laundry Soap Tags to your desk top and print out on a piece of sticker paper and cut out (or cut out and use card stock and glue dots).

When doing laundry, use 2 Tablespoons per load.
