DIY Giant Snow Globe, great for Christmas Decorating

Giant Snow Globe

Materials: Glass globe with base, faux snow, polar bear, winter themed picks and glue. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Separate the pieces of the globe. Glue the picks and the bear to to the wooden base. Turn glass part upside down and add faux snow. With the globe still upside down, glue base on top (also upside down). Turn right side up.

DIY Woodland Cloche, great for Christmas Decorating

Woodland Cloche

Materials: Glass cloche, wood circle slightly bigger in diameter than the cloche, a mini Christmas tree, deer and logs. You’ll also need E-6000 glue. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Using photo a guide, glue tree, deer and logs to wooden disc. Then glow cloche to disc.

Directions: Following package instructions, adhere vinyl to jar. Add faux snow and then place “minis” inside.

Materials: Wooden star, glass vase, pinecones, fairy lights, snowflake cutouts, faux snowballs. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Add pine cones, fairy lights and snowflake cutouts to glass vase and place in center of star. Scatter faux snowballs around vase.

Supplies: Quart size mason jar, Merry and Bright vinyl, silver Christmas tree and hot glue. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Glue tree to inside lid of jar. Screw lid onto jar. Apply vinyl.

Lighted Snowflake Centerpiece, lovely for Christmas

Lighted Snowflake Centerpiece

Materials: Cylinder glass candleholder holographic stars paper, winter picks, small candle, firefly lights, hot glue. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Add paper to cylinder. Place lights inside. Glue cylinder to wooden snowflake and embellish with winter picks. Place candle on top.

Color Changing Candle Holder

Color Changing Candle Holder

Materials: Metal base and glass top, faux snow, birdie figurine, snowflake stickers, battery operated votive. All craft supplies available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Directions: Place faux snow inside glass and add bird. Apply stickers to outside of class. Turn base “on” and watch the colors change!
