You Are My World Globe
Hey There! I’m late posting today. We are in week 2 of being sick in my family. Last week it was the boy, and now it’s the princess and I. We’ve been hit hard with a nasty flu-ish cold. Because I haven’t been able to leave the house much, a handmade Valentine’s sentiment is my best bet this year.
Plus after 14 years of marriage, Mr. K deserves something special!
Supplies: I picked up the globe at my favorite thrift store. The Krylon chalkboard paint and chalk ink pens are from Michael’s. I also used a screwdriver and some masking tape.
I used a screwdriver to seperate the globe and the stand.
It came right apart.
Since I knew I was spray painting, I covered the metal past with masking tape to protect it.
I did the painting part in the garage.
I tried doing sweeping motions about 10-12 inches from the surface, leaving plenty of drying time between coats.
The spray paint left a nice glossy finish.
After the paint dried, I tried to find the “flattest” part of the globe to write on (turns out the continents were raised a bit).
I wrote “You are my world” and randomly drew hearts all over.
The drawing was the fun part.
If you see my husband… shhh don’t tell him about his surpise!

That is well known that money makes people disembarrass. But how to act when somebody has no money? The only one way is to get the credit loans or sba loan.
