All abuzz over honeycomb freebies

Hi Friends!

First I want to tell you I have been feeling sad and frustrated by Blogger lately. When I try to leave comments I get this message basically saying "Blogger isn't working… sorry!" Although my blog isn't on blogger, most people/bloggers are, so please accept my apologies if you haven't heard from me lately. I'll keep trying.

And I'm looking for a free, cute, printable thank you note with a honeycomb pattern in the background– I've seen it and now I cannot remember where.  When I first found it, I thought to myself: "This is so fabulous, I'll NEVER forget where I saw it."

Well I did. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
