Cute Crabs

Beach Crafts for Kids

Age: 5 and up with help from a grown-up

Materials: Craft Shells, Darice Chenille Stems in orange, Delta Creative acrylic paint in Orange Soda, googly eyes, glue and scissors. All materials available at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond.

Cute Crabs Kid's Crafts

Step 1: Child paints shells orange (may take two coats).

Step 2: Adult helps child cut eight 2 1/2 inch pieces of chenille stems.

Step 3: When paint is dry, child flips crab over and glues chenille stems for crab legs.

Step 4: Child adds goggly eyes to crab.
