Easy St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes

These super cool cupcakes were recently featured in Family Fun Magazine.   They were really easy to do. I was enthralled by with vibrant colors, as were the kids who wanted to *sample* each shade (all vanilla).

It would be simple to do a similar batch with school colors, pastels for Easter or a favorite color for someone's birthday.  Next up:  Leprechaun Traps.  Max's teacher has a leprechaun on the loose in her classroom.  His name is Barney and he turns up in all sorts of places. I am partly charmed and partly weirded out by Barney, but the kids love looking for him.  Maybe Max will be able to catch him in his trap.
