Your story in your blog about your friend is wonderful. My grandmother had breast cancer and was a 20+ year survivor at her death of other causes and so breast cancer is near and dear to me, as I’m sure it is to almost everyone. Wonderful story.

Just read your story and wanted to say that it was encouraging to read about your friend’s story. I found out 2 weeks ago that my mother has breast cancer, this is all beginning for us…..and we are all unaware of what the next few months are gonna be like. Its scary and overwhelming for her I’m sure, but she tries to act strong. It’s scary and overwhelming for me her daughter because I question if I will too get this, as my grandmother has had it twice, now my mother.
Anyhow, just wanted to say thanks.
