Loving My New Bookcase

Loving My New Bookshelf

Do you have that spot in your home? That place where you have all this space but you haven’t the foggiest idea WHAT should go there? Well my “spot” is at the top of the stairs… a nice, big awkward empty space. But no more thanks to Sauder!

It’s been driving me nuts forever…. that wasted space at the top of the stairs when I have so many things that need a home and some organization. Eager to find a solution to my decorating challenge, I headed to Sauder online and used their Expedition Design tool.

This tool helps you hone in on your personal style.

I found myself drawn to Vintage Eclectic, warm and relaxed, patterns colors and textures balancing eclectic and vintage decor. Back to my “issue”– the SPOT! Armed with the knowledge of I perused the options and found the perfect piece of furniture for me.

I fell in love with a bookcase from the Barrister Lane Collection. I ordered it, using the Sauder website which was simple and easy to use. Just over a week later, a HUGE and expertly packed box from Sauder arrived.

Then it was time to assemble it. I’ll admit I felt a moment of panic when I opened up the box and saw all the hardware and parts. But, true to my DIY spirit, I took a deep breath and went to work.

Let me say, with the help of the awesome instruction book, I put the entire bookshelf MYSELF in just a few hours!

I just followed the directions (which were super clear) and took it step by step. Everything is completely thought through. If you get stuck, you can call customer service for support or in some cases, watch a video to guide you through. It’s actually FUN to out Sauder furniture together!

Building the bookcase gave me a great sense of accomplishment and feeling of pride. Now for the fun part: Organizing!

The bookcase came with metal label holders and paper labels… Sauder makes it so easy to make things look pretty and be organized.

If you have a “trouble spot” like mine in your home, or if you are wanting to get organized or even change the look for a room, check out Sauder! Their product is suberb and the ordering process and assembly are a breeze.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Sauder. The opinions and text are all mine.
