Chinese Chicken Salad & How to Support Your Kid’s School

Fresh and delicious Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe and dressing

It’s back to school time around my house. This time of the year, our lives abruptly switch from lazy days spent swimming and having playdates to structured days with school, sports and homework. My family needs fuel to do the best they can with all their activities!

Support your kid's school through the Tyson Project A+™ program

As a mom, feeding my family delicious food that I know they’ll enjoy means everything to me. That’s why my daughter and I do our regular shopping trip to Walmart, we picked up a package of Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips.

Not only are Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips super convenient for me to make a meal with (and they taste yummy) they’re also part of the Tyson Project A+™ Program.

This program is so cool– it enables parents (and anyone else) to support the schools that our kid go to! All you have to do is clip and redeem Tyson Project A+™ labels from Tyson® products. In addition to finding the Tyson Project A+™ labels on the Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, you can also find them on other Tyson® products.

This is amazing… Tyson® will give your school 24 cents for every label they receive. Those labels add up fast! And the school can utilize that extra money for whatever they need, whether it’s to get art supplies, support sports, buy band instruments, go on school trips, put on school performances, help clubs and activities or give a boost to special events. You can read even more about the which you can learn all about it at walmart.com/TysonProjectAPlus.

Tyson makes food products that really help busy parents and that we can feel good about serving to our families. Their delicious Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips are 100% all-natural and made with all-white meat. They’re also 97% fat free. And since they’re already fully cooked, they make an effortless way to create healthy home cooked meals. Here’s a tasty and delicious recipe that you’re family will love. Since the chicken is already cooked, it’s a cinch to put it together.

I would add a small can of drained, crushed pineapple for something different!
