Easy Seasoned Pork Sandwich Recipe
Now that it’s officially fall, my family and I are craving some hearty food to warm us up on those chilly nights. With all the hustle and bustle of kids at two different schools with three different sports as well as other activities, I’m short on time.
That’s why I’m so excited about Campbell’s new and innovative Chunky™ Soups, especially the BBQ Seasoned Pork Flavor. This soup can be enjoyed in so many ways. It’s quick to prepare and so delicious. Plus it’s loaded with big chunks of meat and veggies. As a matter of fact, @CampbellsChunky has tons of yummy flavors Dad will love– as will the kids and Mom!
It’s fabulous warmed up and served in a bowl. There are delectable potatoes, beans and peppers. Combined with the pork and spices it’s amazing. Here’s an idea the whole family will savor.
For an simple upgrade, place 2 TBS of grated cheddar cheese on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake at 4oo degrees until cheese is melted. (You can fit at least eight of these on the cookie sheet). Place the cheese round on top of the soup for a fun addition.
For those nights when I’m driving the kids around and my husband’s on his own, here’s another idea that to pull together in a pinch. Just grab the Chunky™ soup, a barbecue bun and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
First, toast the buns.
Next ladle up some BBQ Seasoned Pork Soup on the bun and sprinkle with cheddar cheese if desired. Believe me, the man of the house will really enjoy this dinner. He can whip it up himself if he’s home alone watching football. It’s perfect paired with a green salad.
