Did I mention is also easy on the holiday budget? As a matter of fact, you can find all the items you need at the dollar store.

I hit the Dollar Tree to score this stuff.

Grab a container of spruce air freshener beads, a set of salt and pepper shakers (two for a buck), some red craft twine, and a holly pick.  You’ll also want to have a few Glue Dots, a hole punch and scissors on hand. When you factor in what you’ll actually be using per freshener, it’s less than $2.50 per gift! Oh. Yeah.

First remove the sticker off the bottom of the shaker and clean it inside and out.

Fill is up with the air freshener beads.

Snip off a little foliage and use a Glue Dot to stick it to the top of the shaker. Then clip off a few berries and adhere them on top.

Punch a hole in the tag and loop through twine, making a bow. The tag opens up, so you can write a holiday greeting inside if you want.

Now this gift is all set to be given. If you want to freshen up a larger room, consider using a sugar shaker from the dollar store.
