For this project, I had a small silver purse that was kind of plain and boring… I wanted to give it some life.

Supplies: leather purse, masking tape, DecoArt Patent Leather™ in Bright Pink and Turquoise.

Directions

1. Clean area you want to paint

2. Stir the bottle (don’t shake)

3. If you there’s an area you want to keep from getting paint on it, tape it off.

4. Apply the paint with a soft bristled brush. I applied the pink and then the blue.

It was super easy to use the paint.

I did one coat and then went back and retouched a bit where I needed more paint.

Allow to dry between coats. Cure for 24-48 hrs. before use. Water-resistant. Water-based. Permanent. Soap and water clean up.

This project was really easy and fun!
