Free November Printable: Gratitude Book

Hi Friends… Happy November! This is such a busy month as the chilly weather sets in and we start preparing for Thanksgiving, Hannukah and Christmas.

I'm someone who savors the holidays and all the hoopla that comes with them. I tend to get caught up in daydreaming about decorations and planning menus… but don't spend enough time thinking about what actually nourishes me. Specifically– taking stock of my life and consciously being grateful for all the little and big things that I cherish.

That's why I'll be carrying this around in my bag for the next month:Photo Gratitude Book

This mini-gratitude book is a free printable designed to encourage concious gratitude. Just print the pages on white cardstock, cut them out, and create a book by punching holes at the top and binding the pages together.

Some ideas for binding:

Binder Rings

Ribbon

A Rubber Band

Seam Binding

A Twig

Twine

The idea is to spend a moment each day thinking about what you are grateful for. It can be anything– from something simple like salted caramel mochas to hearing the laugh of your child or just being thankful for your family… anything! You could also paste doodles, photos or reciepts in your book. At the end of the month, you'll have a lovely reminder and an enhanced appreciation of the good things in your life.

There are six pages to the book, including five "numbered" pages and a blank page.   Gratitude Book

Thanks to Lauryn from Love Notes by Lauryn for the Graphic Design. Lauryn has a beautiful blog with free printables and fun ideas.

And thank you— I'm grateful for each and every friend I'm met through my blog! At the end of the month. we'll have a Gratitude Party and you can link up your books– or anything else– you want.
