Daisy Brownie Bites
Hi Friends! Here's an easy, tasty way to dress up a brownie.
Ingredients: Brownie Mix, Cool Whip, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Squares and Icing Daisies (available at JoAnn's, Michaels and other stores that sell cake decorating supplies).
Make the brownie mix according to the package.
Try hard not to lick the spoon. Fail.
Pop the brownie mix in the oven.
Let cool then cut into squares.
Cut brownie squares in half.
Chop up two squares of the Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
Microwave the chocolate and Cool Whip for a few minutes, stirring halfway through.
Add a dollop of Cool Whip between the brownie layers. Put a dab of that melted chocolate mixture on top and smush a daisy into it.
Marvelously messy and delish.

oh i am going to have to do this!!!
oh, those daisy’s are super cute and would make any dessert cuter! :)
These are so cute, Malia. I heart Cool Whip in a major way. The daisies are so sweet!
How cute! I love the daisy! Very springy : )
Malia, they’re lovely, and sound delicious! I love the way a rich chocolate brownie tastes with light, fluffy cream!
I love it that Wilton is making icing decorations. I remember, not so many years ago, one would have to travel quite a ways to find a specialty cake shop that carried royal icing decorations. It’s fantastic that most craft stores now carry an amazing array of food decorating items. So inspiring!
YUM! and so cute! :)
Daisies and chocolate? A Winner every time ~ :-)
Thanks so much for sharing.

How adorable – sweet and perfectly springy looking…and have I mentioned brownies are right under s’mores for my fave dessert!
