How about a super quick project that also happens to make great Mother’s Day gift… this Modern Farmhouse Magnet Board fits the bill!
You won’t believe how cheap and easy this is. You may want to make a few to give to all of your favorite moms.
Supplies (from the dollar store): contact paper, cookie sheet, plastic toy rings ($3 for all those items). You’ll also need twine or ribbon, a hole punch, scissors, magnets, hot glue and some burlap ribbon (optional).
First measure the area you need to cover with contact paper.
Cut it out using the grid on the back as a guide. SO easy.
Remove the back of the toy rings so you just have the hearts.
Hot glue the heart shapes to magnets.
Punch holes in the cookie sheet and add twine to hang it up. Add burlap ribbon if desired.
Display your favorite photos or add pictures for to make this a Mother’s Day present.
