Here’s a sweet treat for St. Patrick’s Day or any time… Lollipop Cupcakes!

St. Patrick's Day FoodSimple to make and SO cute!

Lc1

Chocolate Cake Mix and Frosting, spearmint gum, green licorice, tootsie pops, oreos and green cupcake liners ($1 bin at Michael’s)

Lc2
Make the cupcakes and frost them.

Lc3
Grind/smoosh the oreos into crumbs and dip the cupcakes into them (you’re going for a “dirt” look)

Lc4
Cut a piece of licorice the length of the tootsie pop stick

Lc5
To make the leaves, cut a piece of gum in half with kitchen scissors and then round them off. Assemble the lollipop flowers and leaves into the frosting “dirt.”
