Supplies: Beacon Glitter-It, silver glitter, mini glass, number stickers, ribbon and/or tulle. You’ll also want to grab mini prosecco or champagne bottles.

First, coat the inside of the glass with the Glitter-It then pour excess out.

Add glitter then shake out the excess.

Add “2016” stickers.

Tie tulle around the stem and attach to the bottle.
