Sweet Strawberry Puffed Pancake Recipe

You are going to LOVE this one!

Sweet Strawberry Puffed Pancake Recipe
 Directions

1)In a blender or large bowl, mix eggs, milk, orange juice, granulated sugar, flour and salt until blended. If using a mixer, batter will remain lumpy.

2)Preheat over to 425. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish lightly with Pam and melt butter in dish in oven until it sizzles. Do no let it brown.

3)Remove baking dish from oven and immediately pour batter into sizzling butter.

4)Bake in the middle of oven for 15 minutes or until puffed and brown.

5)Remove pancake from oven (sides will fall), sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fruit.
