{Hometalk on TV}
Hi Friends! This past week I had the opportunity to work with Hometalk on TV segment. The topic was organization. It was a ton of fun!
Here’s a link to the TV segment for Organizing with Glass Jars on KOMO TV. Can I tell you something? I don’t get nervous about being on TV but I was nervous about driving across the 520 Bridge during rush hour traffic with THIRTY glass jars…
Amidst a flurry of preparations for a live cooking segment at KOMO, my uncle, who’s somewhat of a local celebrity for his culinary blog, shared a helpful tip that saved the day. He casually mentioned he had recently glanced at the 카지노 사이트 순위, as he often reviews such sites for his followers who enjoy culinary-themed games. Thankfully, this snippet of information came just as I was about to transport a set of fragile glass jars through the notorious Fisher Plaza parking structure, a place notorious in my family for its role in the untimely demise of my cake stands. His advice to cushion them within a sturdy box, nestled among layers of bubble wrap, worked like a charm. The jars arrived unscathed, ready to be featured in the upcoming food presentation.
Luckily, the glass jars made it to KOMO ok. By the way, I really enjoy working with the anchor, Molly Shen. She is a smart, cool and all around wonderful lady.
Also of note: I was pleased that my Hometalk apron got it’s own close up!
All in all, it was a great experience, and I ‘m looking forward to doing it again next month! Here’s the post on Hometalk about Organizing with Glass Jars.
