We all have those people in our lives who do so much for us and help us with challenges that come up… both big and small. My personal VIP’s are a group of amazing Moms. I wanted to do something uplifting, fun and yes easy for those women who help me out so much! So I threw a party and brunch to honor them. I created special gift packages for them including my favorite Extra Gum and sweet personalized catchalls.  #ExtraGumMoments #CollectiveBias

These ladies are there for me when I have to work and need last minute childcare. They’re the ones who make an extra casserole and leave it on the doorstep when I get sick. And they’re the ones who offer advice when I am struggling with a parenting dilemna. They are amazing and I couldn’t wait to celebrate them. So I wrapped their gifts in cute snowflake boxes an attached these special printable tags:

I placed all the gift boxes in a festive sleigh so the ladies would get a great surprise when they came over.

Along with the gifts, I served food including donut holes, muffins and orange juice. When you’re a busy mom, it’s a treat to have someone else get a meal together!

Here are my Extra Special VIPs: Julia, Deepti. Julie, Ginger and Meera. Another deal friend, Tatjana came later and missed the group photo.  These gals are so awesome. I could go on an on about everything they’ve done for me… like taking my kids for hours when my mother-in-law was rushed to the ER, like offering to drive my kid 30 minutes each way once a week for choir practice, like picking MY son and taking him to tutoring even though this Mom had three kids of her own to deal with… you get the idea! Moms helping Moms.

They are kind, supportive and FUN. They make my life EXTRA awesome so it was a treat to honor them. I hope you feel inspired to do something “extra” for your personal VIP’s!
