Leprechaun Hats Wreath
With a few small flower pots and paint, you can create a charming Leprechaun Hats Wreath.
Another great feature of this wreath: After St. Pat’s, you can remove the “hats” and coins and add flowers to make this a spring or Easter wreath!
Supplies: Grapevine wreath, five small flower pots, green acrylic paint, green burlap ribbon, black ribbon, wire, coin stickers and hot glue. All supplies from Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames Redmond.
Paint the flowerpots green (I ended up using five).
Use got glue to attach a black ribbon.
Add coin stickers.
Make a big bow on the wreath and loop the ribbon around. Tip: If you aren’t confident with your bow making skills, the folks at Ben Franklin can create one for you for a small fee. Just buy the ribbon and bring it back to the Die Cut Center.
Use wire to attach the “hats” to the wreath.
You can mess with the hats until you get the angle you want.
Add a few gold coins with hot glue.
