My Mom is so great in the kitchen… she’s been making her Amazing Deviled Eggs Recipe as long as I can remember. There’s only one challenge with these yummy eggs– how to stop eating all them!

Eve’s Amazing Deviled Egg Recipe

Hard boil, peel, and halve six extra large eggs

Remove yolks

In a small mixing bowl, combine the yolks, 3 tbs mayonaise and ¼ tsp of seasoned rice wine vinegar (This makes it smooth)

Add salt and pepper to taste

Mix thoroughly and stuff egg white cups

Garnish with parsley or dill

Makes 12 Deviled Eggs
