Nearly effortless decor– that’s my kind of project! As summer makes way for fall, I have a tough time going full-blown Halloween. I like to ease into the new season with fall colors first. These mason jars are terrific because they’re so quick to make and then you can leave them out until Thanksgiving.
Supplies List from Michaels:
Ashland Harvest Candle Collection Jars
Ashland Harvest Market Decorative Filler (2)
DecoArt® Dazzling Metallics Paint in Glorious Gold
Recollections Adhesive Chipboard (similar)
Recollections Craft It Jute Rope
Additional supplies: hole punch, paint brush and scissors.
First, add half a bag of filler to each jar.
Love those jar colors!
Then grab the capital F, A, and L letters and well as the E. Trim the E to make it al L.
Paint the letters gold and punch holes in them.
Add candles to jars.
Snip off a piece of rope and use it to tie the letters to the jars.
