Here’s what you’ll need:
Tint It by Design Master in Jade
This is from cute seahorse is by Vinyl Words. I found mine at Ben Franklin Crafts and Frames in Redmond, WA.
This seahorse comes in a collection with many other sea creatures. Cut it out.
Following package instructions, adhere it to the glass.
Spray with Tint It.
Repeat until you get desired shade.
Gently remove the vinyl.
It looks so perfect!
Fill with shells.
