Project Inspire{d} #36: Five Playful Halloween Crafts

Hello Pretties! As I type this it is POURING down rain… as my former co-worker used to say “It is the rain to end all rains!”

Honestly, here in the Seattle area, we experience the “rain to end all rains” on and off  from October to May every year. What about your neck of the woods? Is it an Indian Summer or does it feel like winter is creeping in? Here in Seattle, we just get soggy!
