Hi, This is a riff on some Peppermint Chocolate Bars I made a few weeks ago.

  Coconut peanutbutter bars

Ingredients: 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 1 cup peanuts, 1 pkg (6 squares) Baker's White Chocolate, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut.

Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in a microwavable bowl for two minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir in nuts and spread onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch pan.

Microwave white chocolate on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Add peanut butter, stir until melted. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer.

Sprinkle coconut on top and pop in fridge for two hours. Cut into squares.

Speaking of Baking… This beautiful blog is also delicious!

Lots of tasty ideas and recipes.

Are you kidding me? Peanut Butter? And chocolate? And Coconut? This sounds like the holy trinity of ingredients. I’m trying to work out how I can make this a dairy free bit o’ heaven.

Thanks for the link to the baking planner! Love it. And the bars sound scrumptious…I’ll just have to add them to the planner.
