Millicent and Malia: Carrot Bread

Here's a yummy recipe from my Grandma Millicent's recipe collection.

Carrot bread

Carrot Bread

Beat Well: 3 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup Wesson Oil

Add: 2 cups grated carrots, 2 cups flour (sifted), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp soda, 3 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp vanilla

Bake: 1 hour at 350

Yields 2 small loaves

    Is the “2 cups” listed after the eggs supposed to be 2 cups of sugar?
