Mini Meditations for Kids

Back to School Meditation Cards

I am excited to share this idea with you to help ease your kids into the busy back to school routine: Mini Meditation Cards. These free printable cards are meant to help center your children and help them feel relaxed and positive about school.

Back to School Mini Meditation Cards

Here are just a few of the sayings from the over 25 cards (there are also extra blank ones to write your own meditation):

I enjoy learning and growing

I am smart and confident

When I feel frustrated at School. I take a deep breath and try again

I listen to my teacher and do my best to follow instructions

I treat others with kindness and respect

I absolutely love this idea! My kids aren’t reading yet but I’d love to keep these on the table to go over during breakfast. Pinning for sure!
