Mason Jar Valentine
{Mason Jar Valentine}
This project is part of the Craft Lighting series from The Country Chic Cottage and 30 Minute Crafts.
Here’s an easy and inexpensive gift idea: a Mason Jar Valentine. And you can assemble it in no time!
Do you love Mason Jars and Valentine’s Day? Me too! That’s why I have some free “Have a Ball on Valentine’s Day” printables for you. Nab the printables here. They were created for me by Printabelle. Visit her site for all sorts of amazing party printables… and for a small fee she will customize things for you!
Now you have all the printables you need to make a sweet Mason Jar Valentine!
Supplies: All you need is the “Have a Ball” Mason Jar Valentine’s Day Printables, a large wide mouth Mason Jar, small containers for the sweets, small cello bags for the love notes and mini banner and some candy. I used a bag each of Hershey’s Kisses, Hershey’s Hugs, and two boxes of Conversation Hearts for the goodies. You’ll also need baker’s twine for the banner as well as scissors and tape.
What will be in your jar:
– Happy Valentine’s Day Mini Banner
– Kisses, Hugs and Candy Hearts
– Love Notes
Step 1: Print and cut out the candy labels and banner, a large circle for the kid and a Mason Jar tag.
Step 2: Put candy in containers and add labels.
Step 3: Put Love Notes in a cello bag and add label.
Step 4: Use tape to adhere letters to the twine and put the banner(s) in a cello bag.
Step 5: Add large circle to the lid.
Step 6: Add a Mason Jar tag with baker’s twine.
Add all your containers, banner, etc and then use the remaining candy to fill up the jar.
I love these Malia! Thanks for participating!
