DIY Wellness Scrub
It’s Home Tips Tuesday and today I’m sharing a special DIY Wellness Scrub recipe that I got from my friend Jenna. Jenna is adorable (you would love her) and she is SUPER healthy and into natural home remedies.
This scrub (or bath) is meant to soothe the symptoms of a cold… naturally! This is the time of the year when colds seem to be lurking around every corner. Kids bring them home from school, you pick up a cold shopping … or worst yet– you have NO idea how you got sick (and your whole family somehow got sick too). Try this simple concoction to help you or someone you love feel better.
Bonus: If you’re into essential oils, you may already have all these supplies. Ready to enjoy the scrub and take a tub? That’s right… there’s a bath involved.
Wellness Scrub Recipe
-2 cups Epsom salts
-2 drops Oregano Oil OR 4 drops Rosemary Oil (Oregano is very strong, you may prefer Rosemary Oil)
-6 drops Eucalyptus Oil
Drop oils onto 1st cup of salt, pour under running water or gently scrub on achy parts before getting in bath. Let rest of mixture dissolve in a warm bath and add second cup of epsom salts. Soak as long as possible.
