Mason Jar Candy Witch
Mason Jar Candy Witch
Hi, I can’t believe it’s our final day of Halloween in a Jar! Stop back on Sunday for a round-up of all 25 brand-new Halloween themed mason jar projects.
I’m feeling a little witchy today…
Supplies: Wide mouth pint sized mason jar, package of Sixlets, witches’s hat, googly eyes, green card stock, mouth cut from vinyl or paper, black yarn and hot glue.
Step 1: Cut a triangle from the card stock to make the witches’s nose, then glue it on the jar along with the eyes and mouth.
Step 2: Fill the jar with candy.
Step 3: To make the braids, cut nine pieces of black yarn, each measuring 4″. Take three pieces of yarn, and tie a knot in the end.
Step 4: After you have three sections, braid them together and add a ribbon if you like. Repeat for second braid.
5. Glue the braids to the hat and glue the hat to the lid.
Don’t forget to ride your broomstick over to these amazing bloggers to see what they created for today.
