Lighted Christmas Mason Jar

This Lighted Christmas Mason Jar project adds some holiday magic to your home, and it also happens to be super cheap to make.

Lighted Christmas Garland: How to transform a plain string of lights and some ribbon from the dollar store into lush and festive holiday decor.

I found my supplies at the dollar store, the Dollar Tree to be specific.

The mesh ribbons, lights and red twine are all from Dollar Tree. They do have fabulous smooth sided mason jars there as well, but they happened to be out the day I was there so I grabbed one of my trusty pint sized Ball Mason Jars. You’ll also need scissors and a ruler.

Tie a little twine around the rim of the jar.

Cut the mesh into six inch long by two inch wide strips.

Tie the strips on in a pattern like green, gold then red. You should be able to get six strips in between each light.

The strand goes from simple to super full.
