20 Cottagecore Floral Decor DIY Ideas
I don’t think I will ever fall out of love with Fixer Upper Style. There’s something so calming, cozy and warm about it. It’s similar to the newish and trendy “Cottagecore” aesthetic. Things have a nostalgic, rural, vintage-y feel – count me in!
Floral accents are an easy way to incorporate for the Cottagecore vibe. From real flowers to floral art pieces and fabric patterns, there are so many ways to let this style “bloom” in your space. Whether you’re transitioning your home from Classic Farmhouse/Fixer Upper Style to Cottagecore or you just want to add a touches of this cozy style, you have plenty of DIY Cottagecore floral accents to choose from. Some of these projects require zero crafting skills (yay!) so even if you are not an avid DIYer there are still ways to create your own cottagecore floral accents and bring a bit of the outside in.

For those of us of a certain age, there is nothing new about Cottagecore…As they say, what goes around, comes around and it is just a style that is coming back after maybe 20 years of being dormant…. Call it what you want…cottagecore, grandma chic, Victorian Country, Romantic Country, Romantic Victorian……I have saved magazines from 20 years ago with all these same pictures in them….This is the style I love and chose not to give up even though it was not in style for all these years but everything in style usually comes back in a 20 – 25 years cycle so soon I will be instyle again!!
Hi Debbie, I totally agree! I am so happy this style is getting some “love”!
