Enchanting Easter Party
Enchanting Easter Party
Hello! I am a little late getting this party posted… but it’s still sweet! We had a little Enchanting Easter Party for my 6-year old and her friends.
I used the darling free Hop With Me party printables designed by Keren of Free Pretty Things for You.
Some camellias from my backyard in sinple Mason jars accented the banner by FPTFY.
The treat table was chock full of pastel sweets. I used a vintage wooden 7-UP beverage carrier as a rabbit “hutch” for chocolate dipped rabbit Peeps.
I could get lost in all that pretty candy…
A blissful little painting I picked up from Ruffles and Rust Square fit in perfectly. Those striped sweet shoppe bags are from World Market… LOVE that place, especially the sale areas.
These “Hop With Me” party circles accented lovely lollipops (on sale from the wedding aisle at Michaels)
There was a second table with favors, napkins, place cards and more.
Everyone likes to prettify in the springtime, including little girls. Each guest got to take home a small silver pail (dollar bin at Target) with a pretty puff, lip gloss (.30 cents at Michaels), some pink or aqua polish and more. It all HAD to be pink and aqua of course! Tags from the “Hop With Me” collection dressed up glass apotheacary jars.
A cupcake holder was repurposed to hold the pails. It was fun to mix in some of my vintage American pottery with some inexpensive polka do bowls from Target.
Dollar store plasticware was fancied up with stick on rhinestones.
Some punchy taffy from the drugstore fit right in.
Small frames from the dollar bin at Target (LOVE THOSE BINS) got a tiny jewel and placecards for all the sweet guests.
Tootsie Roll came out with these egg lollipops for Easter and they made cute “flowers” with licorice stems and Oreo crumbs for dirt.
These Dollar Store straws (in THE right colors) got gussied up with some flags from the Hop With Me collection.
A rolling rack (from the days when I was a student and didn’t have a closet!) became a makeshift photo background with the addition of a plain white tablecloth and chalkboard.
Guests got to dress up with rabbit ears, pink boas and felt flowers for their official “Easter” picture.
This year’s plastic eggs from Target were the prettiest shades.
The girlies got to do an egg hunt and play duck duck goose.
Is there anything sweeter than little girls in the spring?
I loved that Mia’s little pals came in their party dresses… everyone had a fun time– including me!
