Assembling the Christmas Tree Kit in a Mason Jar
Divide the Christmas filler and snow up into four of the little containers. Put the lids on them.
This is the COOL part! Using the photo as a guide, place the containers in the fishbowl. Now I’m going to blow your MIND!
Place the larger Christmas tree in the mason jar, and turn it upside down. Gently “pop” the little fishbowl onto the mason jar and turn it over.
That’s right– the fishbowl fits PERFECTLY on the mason jar! It’s a Christmas miracle.

I used a 3″ circle paper punch with scallops, but plain old scissors would also do the trick. Use the twine to “tie” it all together. So what will your gift recipient get to do with this kit?
Here’s an idea.
1. Hot glue mason jar lid and rim together.
2. Glue tree in center.
3. Add a thin layer of hot glue inside rim and sprinkle “snow” until all the space is covered.
4. Glue tiny red pom poms and little pieces of cellophane “snow” to tree. Top with a star.
Make a cheery little Christmas tree, don’t you think?
5. Screw jar and lid back together and re-tie twine.
Happy Holidays!
This is so darn cute, Malia! I love it <3
